“Warm spring wind, a child’s laugh, seagulls fyling around and the sweet smell of the candy floss I was proudly carrying from the fun-fair on the Petržalka side of Danube. Carefree days of May full of colours and smells. The simplicity of childhood and all the colours you could almost taste. I have captured my memories of the two propeler ferry stops (by the eminent Slovak architect of the 20th century – Emil Belluš) and the last ever ferry sailing between them – catamaran Kamzík, called propeler.”
